If the expansion possibilities of a home are many, there is one that is not well known: the raised roof.

Raising the roof helps to gain more space but it is also an opportunity to renovate the roof.

It is not mandatory and very common not to raise the roof of a full floor. The height can be up to 1 m downslope to create storage space. This reduces costs and therefore adapt projects based on budgets.
